That’s simple, you obtain a PAC (Porting Authorising code) from your current provider, send that to us and we will then transfer that number over, so you will be able to use the exact same number with us.

If it has been ‘network locked’, it may not work, however SIM only cards from the current provider can be used.

For SIM cards that do not work just contact the supplier and request for them to unlock your phone for you.

You could always visit one of the many of the local mobile phone store who offer handset unlocking services.

Yes, it is, however, most mobile phone companies really don’t want you to know.

Unlocking and unblocking are often mixed up yet mean different things.

Unlocking is legal. This is a way to make the phone operate with any SIM card.

Unblocking is illegal. This is the way to make a phone operate when it has been blocked by the networks. Phone that are reported stolen or lost are often blocked.

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we tell you that we are able to provide you with the services, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the services. This might be because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the services.

We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

Our website, and brochure are solely for the promotion of our services in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from addresses outside the UK.

Your rights to make changes You may cancel your order by contacting us by calling us or emailing us In the first 7 days after our acceptance of your order; or if you’ve ordered equipment, such as a mobile phone, in the first 14 days after receipt of such equipment.

if you do cancel, you must return any equipment provided to you (such as router) within 14 days of cancellation. If you don’t return the equipment, you’ll have to pay the full equipment price, excluding any discounts you’ve received (if you subsequently return the equipment, we’ll refund any amount you’ve been charged for it).

we’ll advise how to return equipment when you cancel. You’ll be responsible for the cost of return. if the returned equipment is worthless than its original value due to use or damage, your refund will reflect this. If you’ve opened the packaging of a mobile device, this may reduce its value.

if you follow the above cancellation procedure, you’ll receive a refund:
within 14 days of your cancellation; or if we’ve sent you equipment, within 14 days of us receiving the returned equipment (or evidence that you’ve sent it)
We may change the services to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements or to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements. These changes will not affect your use of the services.

In addition, we may make changes to these terms or the services, but if we do so we will notify you and you may then contact us to end the contract and receive a full refund before the changes take effect.

All promotions and offers are subject to availability These apply to all our other offers, when you use an offer you accept our terms and conditions relating to that offer (in legal terms you are deemed to have accepted them and agree to be bound by them).
